The RLS information center is a nationwide service that provides medically approved information about the disorder.

The Publications Program offers Night Walkers (a quarterly newsletter), brochures, special bulletins and information sheets for members.

The Doctor referral program assists patients and families to locate appropriately trained physicians in their own regional area. The current roster includes approximately 500 doctors in 40 states and Canada.

The Chapters and Regions Program links RLS patients, families, and health professionals within their communities to share information, assistance and support. State and local support groups now exist in Florida, Massachusetts, Raleigh N.C., the state of Washington, and Louisiana.

Financial Support: The Foundation depends largely on tax deductible donations. It has received unrestricted educational grants from Dupont Pharma and from the Louis and Virginia Clemente Foundation

Governance and Staff:  The Foundation is governed by a board of directors of nine members with diverse experience in the nonprofit sector.
